Luke is a graduate of the
University of Washington where he earned a Bachelor of
Science in Economics. While attending the UW he
was an active member of the Husky Cycling Club and
served as club President from 2003 to 2005. He has
experience in retail bike rentals, having worked as a
bike mechanic, retail bike sales agent, and retail bike
rental agent with Alpine Hut in Seattle. Luke is
an avid cyclist and has participated in road, mountain,
and cyclocross bike-racing. Luke is an experienced
professional in the international freight forwarding
industry.

Marc worked for six
years in the transportation industry, as a Courier Loop
Lead with FedEx. He is a Firefighter with the City
of Lynnwood, and has Firefighter and EMT-B
certifications. Marc will assist in sales and
operations of bike stations, and supervision of
transportation personnel.

Gary has
responsibility for contracting, licensing, and legal
policy for Portland Bike Co and its affiliate Neobikes,
Inc. Gary R. Duvall is a lawyer with the national
firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, www.dorsey.com. He
assists businesses to grow by franchising, licensing,
and other distribution methods. He has represented
many transportation-related businesses, and is an
experienced bicycle commuter.
